Infinae Labs LLC (“Infinae,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides AI-supported online learning experiences, including Mr. Q, course access, interactive lessons, student progress features, notes, summaries, and related support services.

This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and how we protect it.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information needed to provide, secure, support, and improve Infinae.

Account Information

We may collect account information such as name, email address, login status, account role, course access status, and support contact details.

Learning and Course Information

When a student uses Infinae, we may collect or create course enrollment records, lesson activity, student responses, lesson progress, attempt records, resume records, completed lesson notes, summaries, and related learning records.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. Infinae may receive payment status, product purchased, amount, transaction reference, checkout reference, purchase history, and related support information. Infinae does not store full card numbers.

Support Information

If you contact us, we may collect your message, email address, and information needed to respond to your request.

Technical and Security Information

We may collect technical information such as device and browser information, authentication events, request logs, error logs, IP-derived security records, and usage information needed for security, reliability, debugging, and abuse prevention.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• create and manage accounts;
• provide course access and learning sessions;
• track lesson progress, attempts, resumes, notes, and summaries;
• process payments and purchase history;
• provide customer support;
• maintain security and prevent abuse;
• improve reliability, usability, and educational quality;
• comply with legal, tax, accounting, payment, and business obligations.

We do not sell student personal information. We do not use student learning activity for third-party advertising. We do not create third-party marketing profiles from student learning activity.

3. AI-Supported Learning

Infinae uses AI-supported features to help deliver interactive instruction. Students should not enter private personal information into lesson chat or lesson responses.

AI-supported responses may be incorrect or incomplete. Important education, placement, legal, financial, medical, safety, or account decisions should be reviewed by a responsible adult or qualified professional.

4. How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to operate Infinae, provide services, comply with law, or protect users.

Service Providers

We use service providers for hosting, authentication, storage, payments, email delivery, logging, security, and AI-supported functionality. These providers may include cloud infrastructure, payment, email, and AI service providers.

Payment Processing

Stripe processes payments and may collect payment and billing information directly. Stripe’s handling of payment information is governed by Stripe’s own privacy policy and terms.

Legal, Safety, and Compliance

We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, tax or accounting requirements, security investigations, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of Infinae, users, or others.

Schools, Parents, Guardians, or Authorized Organizations

Where access is provided or managed by a school, organization, parent, guardian, or authorized adult, we may share appropriate account, course, progress, or support information with that responsible organization or authorized adult.

5. Children and Students

Public individual student signup is available only to users age 13 or older. Age eligibility is determined before ordinary signup information is requested or processed, and Infinae does not retain date of birth or age from that eligibility check.

We do not knowingly ask students to provide sensitive personal information inside lesson chat. Students should not share private information such as home address, phone number, passwords, health information, financial information, or other sensitive personal details during lessons.

Users under 13 may not create a public individual account. Any under-13 access would require a separately designed authorized path made available by Infinae with the consent, authorization, and privacy controls appropriate to that path.

6. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information. These include access controls, authentication protections, cloud provider security controls, encryption in transit where appropriate, limited internal access, and monitoring for reliability and abuse prevention.

No online service can guarantee complete security.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain records, support users, comply with legal or payment obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security.

Some learning records, payment references, access records, and support records may be retained for operational, accounting, compliance, or educational continuity reasons. Some temporary technical records may be deleted or minimized sooner.

8. Your Choices

You may contact us to request help with account access, correction, deletion, or privacy questions. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, payment, accounting, dispute, or legitimate operational reasons.

9. Third-Party Services

Infinae may use or link to third-party services such as Stripe for payment processing. Third-party services have their own privacy policies and terms.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
